Evening all, just a quick post to say that we will probably be unavailable on Skype etc for the next couple of weeks due to personal problems in real life. Support requests will be answered by for the next couple of week s it won’t be as fast as you are used to.
We apologise for this but something has cropped up that will need a lot of attention in the next couple of weeks or so – hopefully you will understand and we thank you for that.
No new orders will be taken until circumstances get back to normal. All current orders have been fulfilled so hopefully no one will see any problems anyway.
This does not mean we are closing the doors or anything daft like that, we just wanted to make sure people knew why support isn’t so easy to get or fast to reply, thats all!
See you soon!
Well, we have been looking through our public inventory and there are a few bots that people just don’t want anymore so it is with great sadness that they will be retired from the site over the next week or so. If you have purchased a bot that has been earmarked to be retired off don’t panic, bug fixes will still be addresses but there will be no further development on the software.
We are doing this so we can concentrate on both the private work we do, which is 90% of the work and to bring new features to the more popular bots. Its been a hard choice and it in the end its purely a financial verses time one, so if there is something you are keeping your eye out for be quick as they will be going in the next week or so.
Once they have been retired, the Ubot source files will be made available for purchase by anyone who is interested in further development or just to keep a hold of the code.
Any questions, feel free to drop us a message via the support desk.
Evening all, just another quick post to say that we are working on some payment / licensing issues in the backend of the site. There are no problems, we are just making changes to assist in the license system we have. Hopefully this update will make everything a lot easier than messing about, saving the license files in specific places.
If we looked through the support tickets, the majority are license related so we are now addressing this and all new bots will be using the sleeker improved system soon!
If you purchase any bots in the next 24 hours and do not receive the download links or license file within a few hours, please contact us via the support desk.
Thanks to Pinterest changing a few things, the Image Scraper bot has now been updated to work with the changes they pushed through. We are now up to version 2.92 – just redownload the bot from your original download link and you should be up and scraping Pinterest in minutes!
Have a good evening!
Morning all – just a quick post to say that we seem to be having some problems with the PayPal IPN process at the moment (and for the last couple of days!). We have tried a small change which we hope should now solve the problems this morning but if you have paid and haven’t received your software, please drop us a message via the support desk.
All orders that have been affected by this problem have been marked as complete so you should receive your receipt with the download link along with the license file (save the license file into the same folder you install the bot to).
Again, apologies for the problems – fingers crossed we have now solved it!
Apologies about the problems with the website over the last couple of days. It all started with a simple mistake of not renewing the SSL for the site. This has now been done so everything should now be up and going.
A couple of people are having problems with the UI server within bots, this is being looked at to see why its only a couple of people having problems.
Fingers crossed everything will be working smoothly again by the end of the day!
Just a quick post to say that the Tumblr Image Scraper has been updated to version 1.6 today. The update addresses two small changes that Tumblr made on their website that meant some images were not scraped.
Please download from your original download link and you should be up and scraping again in minutes!
Have a good weekend.
Its a new year so its time to get rid of some of the old bots and source code as well as selling off some private bots that people have never come back for!
If you would like to purchase source code for bots, feel free to drop us a message via the support desk or catch us on Skype using the id custombot. Once you purchase the source code, it its yours for life to do what you want with. The only thing that will get deleted from the code is the licensing part of the software.
Occasionally we have made private bots for people and the final payments are not made, or the bot is no longer required by the original person so we have decided to sell them privately to whoever may have a use for them. Please be aware that private bots will cost more than those advertised on the website and you will have two options: either purchase the bot outright and its yours or, for a slightly lower price, you can be one of a limited number of purchasers.
Either way – if you would like to receive the list of available private work drop us a support ticket and we will send you a list of anything thats available at the moment.
Have a good weekend!
Just a quick post to say if you want to pay for any bots in Bitcoin then we now accept them via BitPay.
At the moment the payments are manual whilst we work on incorporating the payment system into the website – if you want to pay using Bitcoin, then feel free to drop us a ticket via the support desk and we will arrange everything.
Have a good evening!
No peace for the wicked they say, that means we have been very wicked then!
Hot on the heels of the Hotmail Email Bot released yesterday (last year!) , the Gmail and Yahoo Email Bots have been released. Its the same deal with the latest two as it is with Hotmail bot – give the bots a list of either Yahoo or Gmail accounts, some email addresses to send to and away you go.
Once again you can specify proxies on an account by account basis, specify what type of proxy you are using as well as delays between message sending.
For the first 25 people, and these will go fast based on emails we have been getting, you can get a buy 2 get the 3rd free deal. Just enter HNY2014 at the checkout to get $10 taken off the $30 total but be quick!
